Welcome to our website.  We would like to take this opportunity to personally introduce ourselves, and throughout the following pages we hope you will learn a little more about us, and the services we can provide.  We are a family run business with a wealth of knowledge and experience gained through many years in the funeral profession.  Our real desire is to assist you in every way possible and trust that our services are worthy of the confidence that you place in us.

“To serve the community is both a commitment and a dedication.”

I was born in St Annes Hospital, Lytham St Annes, attended St Thomas’ Primary School and Church, and spent my childhood days playing locally on the beach and in Ashton Gardens Park. After leaving full-time education at the age of eighteen and whilst still attending college part-time, I joined my father in the funeral profession, working alongside him until finishing my education. I moved on to work in banking and in 1994 had our first daughter Olivia, followed in 1997 by Eleanor. Having spent the formative years at home with our children and following my father being taken unexpectedly ill I have recently returned to the funeral profession.

I was born in 1942 in Crewe and educated at Nantwich and Cheadle grammar schools. I joined the Police force in 1959 serving in Lytham St Annes and headquarters Hutton, on uniform CID and drug squad duties. In 1964 I married Hilary an we had one daughter Carol, who lives in St Annes with her familty. In 1991 I retired from the Police force and joined Roland in 1993 at the funeral home.
