It is inevitable at some stage in our lives we will be faced with the responsibility of making funeral arrangements for a loved one. At this time of great sadness it is difficult to make the many decisions and choices confronting us. Our priority as Funeral Directors is to help and guide you through these decisions with the minimum of fuss but with the greatest of respect.
Once we have been informed of a death we will take a few necessary details and arrange to meet you either in the comfort of your own home or at our premises where we can begin to plan the funeral and inform you of the necessary procedures.
A funeral is the time for a family to come together and celebrate a life, remembering all the good times and personal experiences shared. Each funeral is unique and we will endeavour to help and guide you through the many types of services, both religious and non-religious, available. A funeral need not be a sombre, dark experience as in bygone days, but a personal service of thanksgiving with carefully selected music and tributes. Talking with families and sharing memories is cathartic, and it enables us to build a picture and help you make the appropriate choices for your loved one.
